Hey, I am Ragne, a design lead + a product and visual designer @Fyma where we help building better places with data.
My approach to work and life can be summarized with a great quote by Conan O'Brien from his farewell speech in the Tonight Show: “If you work really hard and you’re kind, amazing things will happen.” 
More than anything, I flourish amidst ambition, passionate curiosity and joy. I seek brave teams where, together, we can create lasting and meaningful impact on people's lives, the society, and the world we live in.
My goal as a designer is to deliver thoughtful product designs. Finding balance between good user experience and beautiful interface is the most challenging part of the process. I'm a fan of simple, clean, functional and beautiful design with high attention to detail. I like to make complexity feel easy and digital experiences human.
SKILLS & INTERESTS
I like expanding and adapting my thought, skillset and processes to the changing problems and needs in the world around us. I thrive in ambitious, pro-active teams that value ethical product building and cultures that facilitate belonging. My skillset includes (user) research, ideation and conceptualization, product and visual design, storytelling, collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, developing design strategy and aligning it with business goals, project management, applying design thinking to solve complex business problems and create user-centric solutions. I also enjoy motion design, film-making, illustration and constant learning. Currently my 1-2 hours per day go to becoming a Ninjess of Figma and front-end development.
In my free time, I'll most likely to be found at music gigs or parties, reading books, taking dancing classes, doing workout, cooking or being nerdy. I love being around intelligent and beautiful people with good vibes who inspire me to become better each day.
