I'm Ragne.
I'm a Product Designer and Strategist.
Currently, I work on diverse strategic design projects and am building a personal brand — All Souled Out — focused on creative clarity, soulful independence, and thriving in an AI-driven world. I’m also building a business designed for long-term independence.
While my focus is design, I’ve occasionally explored front-end development — I’m naturally tech-savvy and enjoy bridging the gap between design and implementation. These days, I combine business thinking with no-code tools and AI to prototype, test, and refine user-facing design experiences.
I'm also a guest lecturer at the Estonian Academy of Arts, guiding digital product design students to refine their skills, think critically, and collaborate effectively. My approach blends strategic design, creative problem-solving, and business thinking — helping students prepare for the evolving realities of the design industry, including working with stakeholders, adapting to AI, and thinking like creative entrepreneurs.
Besides all that, I’m pursuing studies in Strategic Innovation and Behavioural Insights at Copenhagen Business School.

The Spark
It’s often said that being a designer is a lifestyle—not false! But beyond this passion, I have other pursuits that fuel me.
Music is my lifeblood. I don’t just hit up Spotify; I dive deep into my favourite genres. Shows from R2 and IDA Radio are my daily companions—whether I’m cleaning or working, they’re with me. I’m constantly seeking new musical landscapes and love parties that uplift both body and soul. Almost no trip ends without me bringing back vinyl treasures—my latest find is spinning from Stockholm!
Not last and not least — travelling! Whether it's spending weeks in South America, months in Spain, or having a short getaway to Berlin, all these experiences have led me to the person I am today. So many cultures to explore, so many people to meet. Travelling while working keeps me at my best, and I believe variety sparks creativity and innovation in my work.
