I'm Ragne.
I'm a Product Strategist.
I'm an educator and builder working at the intersection of product, AI, and education. I help early-stage companies set direction, improve their products, and turn complex problems into clear next steps, working solo from idea to working system.
I teach product design, product and project management at the Estonian Academy of Arts, where I designed and built six courses from scratch. I encourage students to think like founders and become toolbenders, building their own path and experimenting with new tools with agency. I see design as a tool for human creativity in an AI-driven world.
I'm currently pursuing an Executive MBA in AI in the UK, focused on AI strategy and organisational transformation. My work runs under All Souled Out, an independent practice grounded in clarity, intention, and long-term independence.

The Spark
It’s often said that being a designer is a lifestyle—not false! But beyond this passion, I have other pursuits that fuel me.
Music is my lifeblood. I don’t just hit up Spotify; I dive deep into my favourite genres. Shows from R2 and IDA Radio are my daily companions—whether I’m cleaning or working, they’re with me. I’m constantly seeking new musical landscapes and love parties that uplift both body and soul. Almost no trip ends without me bringing back vinyl treasures—my latest find is spinning from Stockholm!
Not last and not least — travelling! Whether it's spending weeks in South America, months in Spain, or having a short getaway to Berlin, all these experiences have led me to the person I am today. So many cultures to explore, so many people to meet. Travelling while working keeps me at my best, and I believe variety sparks creativity and innovation in my work.
