WISEMILE

WEB & APP REDESIGN

Wisemile is a carpooling / ridesharing application which connects drivers with passengers without commission fee. Wisemile has won the eco friendly innovation prize from the Estonian Association for Quality (EAQ). They also participated in Ajujaht 2016 and finished in the top 7.

CONCEPT

We worked closely with the Wisemile team to give a new look to the app and website. The new products should communicate better to a broader target audience, conveying the values behind the company. They embody the attributes of quality, authenticity, community, and approachability.

APP DESIGN

Wisemile had a working app already but since they needed to change some of the functionality, they wanted to freshen the design as well. We got to redesign nearly 20 screens. When desinging, I had to rely on the look and feel of the existing app. There was a lot of teamwork going on in order to provide the best user experience for users. I was responsible of creating a digital interface for chat, agreements, profile, agreements and many more.

WEB APP DESIGN

Later, after redesigning the app, Wisemile also wanted to give a new look to their website. It was designed in the MVP approach. A minimum viable product has just those core features sufficient to deploy the product, and no more. Wisemile's website basically consists of three pages. A HOME PAGE, a page where the user can SEARCH for a ride and a page with the information about the SERVICES of the product. There was an UX challenge regarding the search result and it looks like we came up with a good solution for that.
